I was in the area on a course & being a smoker found this place as it had a room with a balcony (smokers heaven) which had a great view down the lovely garden. Janet showed me round. I was very impressed by the standards of cleanliness, the spacious rooms, the friendly welcome. I booked straight away and I was so glad I did! The beds were lovely and comfortable, the rooms impeccable, the breakfast first class and overall this was terrific value for money. We would definitely stay here again.
